Job Summary

Project Everyone is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Support Specialist to join their small, hardworking team. As a Team Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of People & Culture and assist with various tasks across different teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support, including welcoming visitors, taking notes in meetings, and organizing refreshments
  • Keep the kitchen stocked and order lunches for the team
  • Deal with post and assist with organizing team travel and social events
  • Liaise with the IT company and look after petty cash
  • Use the accounting system to load invoices and assist with budgeting

Team Support

You will spend part of your week providing administrative support to the Senior Manager of People & Culture, and the other part of your week will be spent on rotation between teams (social, creative, campaigns, education, and climate) to gain experience across all the work being done.
