About the Role

Our client, a leading provider of asset finance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deal Processing: Coordinate the processing of business deals from proposal to payout, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Broker Support: Provide expert support to Brokers, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deal Progression: Collaborate with Broker Development Managers and Sales Representatives to progress deals to payout, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring complicated deals, ensuring compliance with credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Due Diligence: Conduct thorough KYC checks on customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Funding Requirements: Meet funding requirements, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Quote Management: Run quotes for Brokers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Document Management: Raise relevant documents as per credit conditions on any given deal, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Underwriting, Governance, Payouts, and Finance, to progress deals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with Brokers, BDMs, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.
What We Offer

As a Sales Support Specialist with our client, you can expect a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits package, including:

  • £30,000 to £35,000 per annum
  • Bonus scheme with up to 25% commission quarterly paid and uncapped
