Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in London. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Office Manager and other team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with office operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Support with desk moves and office changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all team members.
- Provide HR administrative support, including assisting with new hire onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Book travel arrangements and manage diaries for team members.
- Coordinate event administration, including logistics and communication with attendees.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on providing exceptional support to senior-level staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of seniority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to start immediately in London.
What We Offer
