  • Core Windows Server Technology: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012 core technologies, including Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, User Account Management, DFS, and Windows Log File analysis.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their technical needs are met.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012, Exchange 2010/2013, VMware, and server infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, colleagues, and management.
