This role presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their project management capabilities within the HR sector, gaining insights into a variety of HR functions and the chance to contribute to HR initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and executing a diverse array of HR projects, including initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Provide necessary support to other members of the global HR team. Organize, manage, and transfer confidential HR documents to a designated digital platform. Support general HR administrative tasks. Collaborate with the HR team to develop standardized communication templates for future use. Manage the HR communication inbox. Take an active role in planning and executing employee engagement activities across NBCUniversal. Advocate for employee engagement initiatives and participate actively in the DEI Taskforce. Assist in documenting discussions during various HR meetings. Support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exits. Maintain and update the employee database and other HR systems accurately.Required Qualifications
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a human resources setting is highly desirable. Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage new processes and project outcomes. Proficiency in written and spoken English, demonstrating strong grammatical skills. Excellent digital skills, including the ability to coordinate meetings via digital platforms and a strong command of Microsoft Office applications. Capability to effectively summarize meeting discussions, emphasizing key points and organizing information clearly. Experience working collaboratively with a diverse range of management and staff, including at the executive level. Methodical and organized approach to work with a keen attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to a supportive team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Punctual and adept at managing time effectively. Attention to detail with the ability to gather and analyze information accurately. Must uphold a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
