Position Overview:
A reputable and welcoming architecture firm is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to enhance their collaborative team environment.
This esteemed organization is a prominent player in the architecture sector, in search of an individual with strong organizational abilities, adept in diary management and document oversight, to assist their project teams. The perfect candidate will thrive as a reliable resource, capable of supporting and engaging in a variety of organizational and administrative duties within a dynamic design team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee diary management
- Maintain project-related documents with precision
- Generate documents and reports
- Deliver personal assistant support to partners and associates
- Facilitate the uploading and downloading of documents via extranet platforms
- Coordinate project meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements
- Provide general administrative assistance to project teams
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in diary management or project administration
- Background in a similar role within the architecture or built environment
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine interest in design
