Job Title: Administrative Project Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Support Officer to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our ISRH service, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all ISRH service projects are uploaded to Trakit and regularly updated.
  2. Provide operational support across the ISRH service, including project coordination and planning.
  3. Proactively liaise with team members and stakeholders to develop project plans and documents.
  4. Work with the project team to identify and agree clear, measurable SMART goals, timelines, and KPIs.
  5. Monitor project risks and ensure that appropriate action is taken to mitigate project risks.
  6. Monitor project timelines to ensure that projects are implemented on time.
  7. Draft project reports and business cases with assistance from the Service Manager.

Our team of over 8,200 clinical and support staff serves a diverse population of almost one million people. We provide a range of services, including the country's top-rated hyper-acute stroke unit and one of only three hyper-acute rehabilitation units in the UK.

We are a university teaching NHS trust, recognized for our role in training clinicians of the future and bringing the benefits of research to the public.
