You will be joining our team of talented Agile (SAFe) Product Owners and Product Managers based in the UK, US, Brazil and Singapore working on Geographical Expansion initiatives. Each Product Owner works with their dedicated Agile development team and is responsible for ensuring delivery of features on time and on budget.

What you will be doing


The primary role of the Agile Product Owner is to be the link between the Business, Product and Development teams.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a common understanding of the product vision & Interacting with internal stake holders as the voice of the customer
  • Working with Product Team and System Architects to help break down requirements
  • Understanding the key questions/issues in order to drive resolution
  • Managing and refining backlog to ensure planning of iterative enhancements
  • Assessing value, writing and prioritising user stories to ensure alignment with the product roadmap, providing business direction to the team
  • Attending Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, review & retrospective sessions, support UAT and perform production proving activities
  • Managing stakeholders to secure agreement and alignment
  • Helping drive continuous improvement in our product-engineering team.


What you bring:

  • Experience as a Product Owner and Agile process (experience of SAFe is preferable but not essential)
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to development teams
  • Requirements gathering and analysis skills
  • Articulate communicator; present product demos to large audiences
  • Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and across organisational boundaries.

  • Knowledge of FinTech and Payment Processing industry
  • Technology/Development background
  • Understanding of Services (e.g., AWS)
  • The confidence to challenge others in a constructive manner
