An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Product Owner within the Cambridge International Transformation Team, focusing on delivering high-quality Products to high quality standards.

**About the role**

Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to:

- You will work with and support Business Owners to maintain and prioritise the product backlog representing the needs of business stakeholders within the delivery team.
- You will be expected to play a leading role in daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions and retrospectives and where appropriate input into project steering group and working group meetings
- You will be the first point of contact and source of information, bridging communication between the development team and business stakeholders whilst ensuring the needs of customers are at the forefront of any changes.
- You will develop a deep understanding of platform functionality, the product and the business dependencies ensuring that technical solutions meet business needs, the release objectives and success criteria.
- You write and prioritise user stories working closely with the development team, defining acceptance criteria and raising and prioritising defects as well as working with the testing team to ensure the changes are tested before being released in accordance with best practices.
- You will be motivated by problem solving through design and this will require flexibility in approach, analytical skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Monitor progress of business change and system adoption plans
