Responsibilities:_**
- Collaborate with users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate to product requirements
- Create user stories
- Help to create roadmap for the development efforts
- Manage development backlog and prioritise based on changing requirements
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of product customisation
- Monitor and evaluate product customisation progress
- Key liaison between the customer, implementation services, and engineering
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints

**_ Person Specification:_**
- Essential:_
- 2+ years’ experience as a product owner, business analyst or requirements engineer.
- Excellent domain knowledge on telecommunications networks, in particular network planning
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent knowledge of user-centred design principles
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Desirable:_
- Experience supporting Scrum and Agile Software development teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in other languages (German, Arabic, Dutch )
- Experience with configuration and use of Jira in a Scrum and Agile Software development environment

Our European offices are based in Cambridge, UK; Ghent, Belgium and Frankfurt, Germany. However, we support hybrid, remote and flexible working arrangements for all employees and will consider all suitable applicants based within Europe for this role.
