Product Analytics Manager

Your role will be responsible for using data to steer strategic choices and steamling operations and products.

Your responsibilities across the business

  • Defining KPI and metrics - you’ll work closely with our product and business teams upfront to define KPI we’re tracking across new initiatives and existing product lines, including our web, mobile, and backend services.
  • Defining tracking strategy and implementation - whether it’s event data, sessions, or transactional data
  • Defining a process to ensure that data analytics are consistent and testable across all our environments
  • Working with our data analytics, product and engineering team to ensure tracking is implemented correctly
  • You’ll be the overall owner of product analytics metrics
  • Get hands-on - perform analysis and other ad-hoc requirements
  • Working with our data analyst to ensure quality and delivery velocity

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience in a role that involves managing and performing data analytics
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise effectively to stay focussed under pressure
  • Data Visualization Tools such as Superset, Tableau, Looker
  • Strong SQL skills with data warehouse experience such as Redshift or BigQuery
  • Strong experience with data orchestration such as Apache Airflow, Mage or Perfect
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with a distributed development team
  • Demonstrably strong logic skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing web and mobile applications
  • Experience utilising session monitoring tools such as HotJar and Smartlook
  • Able to distil complex problems into succinct action plans and communicate critical details succinctly

  • We are headquartered in Cambridge. London office opening in Q3 2024. Hybrid with 3+ days per week.
