Compensation: Up to £85,000 BOE

Are you an experienced Analytics Engineer with a strong focus on data-driven strategies and managing impactful initiatives? TEC Partners, a leading Technical Recruitment Specialist, is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to spearhead their global Insights division. Become part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering software solutions that enhance everyday business operations.

In this role, you will oversee a team that optimizes the potential of a premier data platform utilizing Snowflake and Tableau. You will also mentor emerging talent and influence strategic decisions through comprehensive business data evaluations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of expertise in data and analytics platforms
  • Enthusiasm for data modeling, ETL processes, and analytical assessments
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and Python
  • Demonstrated success in leading analytics initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing and guiding a team within the analytics domain
  • Background in SaaS analytics
  • Experience collaborating with international stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Chargebee, Salesforce, and Hubspot
