We are seeking a highly proactive and dynamic Product Lead to join our team and drive product success across our customer facing portals and websites. In this role, you will work closely with the product team to manage stakeholder relationships and lead discovery sessions. Your expertise as a Product Lead will be crucial in capturing requirements, writing complex user stories and maintaining the product backlog.

As a natural communicator, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product (with a high level of experience with JIRA), act as a subject matter expert and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Proactively own the end to end process for programmes of work, discovery and enhancements including but not limited to:
    • Organising and facilitating workshops.
    • Capturing and clarifying requirements.
    • Transitioning requirements into complex user stories.
    • Writing detailed acceptance criteria.
    • Defining success criteria & monitoring progress.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our customer facing portals and websites, possessing an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the product.
  • Proactively manage and push colleagues and dependent teams to meet deadlines and ensure continuous progress.
  • Manage risks and work with product vendors to resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
  • Participate in integration calls, documenting next steps and ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • Support the Product Owner & Product Engineer with the management of the wider Product team members including but not limited to onshore and offshore developers.



What are we looking for?

  • Proficient in writing complex user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Atlassian product experience (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
  • Ability to be extremely proactive, taking the initiative to drive projects from conception to completion.
  • Proven experience in a product or business analyst role, preferably within a web based customer facing environment.
  • Strong technical awareness and comfort with joining integration calls and documenting technical steps.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Genuine interest in learning everything about our products and staying informed about industry trends.
