We are in search of a proactive and innovative Product Lead to enhance our customer-facing digital platforms. This role will involve close collaboration with the product team to nurture stakeholder relationships and facilitate discovery sessions. Your proficiency as a Product Lead will be essential in gathering requirements, crafting intricate user stories, and managing the product backlog effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, including:
    • Organizing and leading workshops.
    • Clarifying and documenting requirements.
    • Transforming requirements into detailed user stories.
    • Establishing acceptance criteria.
    • Defining success metrics and tracking progress.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for our customer-facing platforms, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the product.
  • Proactively drive teams to meet deadlines and ensure continuous advancement.
  • Identify risks and collaborate with product vendors to address issues impacting project scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Engage in integration discussions, documenting action items and ensuring effective communication across teams.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Product Engineer in managing the broader product team, including both onshore and offshore developers.
Qualifications:
  • Expertise in writing complex user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
  • Demonstrated initiative in driving projects from inception to completion.
  • Background in product or business analysis, particularly in web-based customer environments.
  • Strong technical acumen and comfort in participating in integration discussions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A genuine passion for learning about our products and staying updated on industry trends.
