Product Specialist

We are on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Product Specialist to enhance our customer-facing platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team to cultivate stakeholder relationships and facilitate discovery sessions. Your expertise will be vital in gathering requirements, crafting intricate user stories, and managing the product backlog effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire process for various projects, including:
- Organizing and leading workshops.
- Gathering and clarifying requirements.
- Transforming requirements into detailed user stories.
- Establishing comprehensive acceptance criteria.
- Defining success metrics and tracking progress.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our customer-facing platforms, possessing a deep understanding of the product.
- Proactively drive collaboration among colleagues and related teams to meet deadlines and ensure continuous progress.
- Identify risks and work with product vendors to address issues impacting project scope, timelines, and quality.
- Engage in integration discussions, documenting action items and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
- Assist the Product Owner and Product Engineer in managing the broader product team, including both onshore and offshore developers.
- Expertise in drafting complex user stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
- Proven background in a product or business analyst role, ideally within a web-based customer environment.
- Strong technical acumen and comfort in participating in integration discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- A genuine passion for learning about our products and staying updated on industry trends.
