Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and dynamic Product Lead to spearhead product initiatives across our customer-facing platforms. This role involves close collaboration with the product team to manage stakeholder interactions and facilitate discovery sessions. Your expertise will be essential in gathering requirements, crafting intricate user stories, and overseeing the product backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the complete process for projects, including:
- Organizing and leading workshops.
- Clarifying and documenting requirements.
- Transforming requirements into detailed user stories.
- Establishing acceptance criteria.
- Defining success metrics and tracking progress.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for our customer-facing platforms, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the product.
- Proactively engage with colleagues and teams to ensure deadlines are met and progress is continuous.
- Identify risks and collaborate with product vendors to address issues impacting scope, schedule, and quality.
- Participate in integration discussions, documenting action items and ensuring effective communication among teams.
- Support the Product Owner and Product Engineer in managing the broader product team, including onshore and offshore developers.
- Expertise in crafting complex user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
- Demonstrated initiative in driving projects from inception to completion.
- Proven background in product or business analysis, particularly in web-based customer environments.
- Strong technical acumen and comfort in participating in integration discussions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
