Therapy Services Manager

Reporting to: Head of Clinical Services

Location: London, Hybrid Remote – attendance at meetings expected

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Contract: (Maternity Cover- 7 months) - 1st October st May 2025

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Summary:

You will be joining the organisation at a pivotal time as we ambitiously seek to grow our reach and income over the next five years. We have built a strong foundation in our Therapy department, and we are now seeking a driven, focused, and highly proficient Interim Therapy Service Manager to cover maternity leave in our Therapy Department.

About the role

We are recruiting a Therapy Manager to coordinate, lead, develop, and expand our Therapeutic service with the support of our Head of Clinical governance. This is a Cover role for an experienced practitioner. It is essential to have experience in talking therapy services, management, and working in an organisational setting.

This role is predominantly remote-based, but attendance at scheduled in-person team meetings and meetings with external stakeholders is expected.
