In this pivotal position, you will be an integral member of the UK, Ireland, and Nordic Healthcare Systems and Technologies team, overseeing the daily operations of the therapy specialist group across the region, primarily focusing on the UK and Ireland. Your leadership will drive the development and execution of strategies aimed at achieving specific objectives and targets.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, you will lead a team of field-based Therapy Specialists in Operating Room, Intensive Care Unit, and Medsurg environments, working towards sustainable sales growth with existing clients while also pursuing new business opportunities aligned with established goals.
This role combines strategic oversight with operational execution, shaping the narrative around current and future product offerings.
A key aspect of Baxter's vision is to establish ourselves as a trusted strategic partner.
As the Manager, you will provide essential support throughout the sales process, which includes training, implementation, and therapy service delivery.

Proven experience in strategic planning and operational management. A clinical background or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.
