About the Role

Baxter is a leading global healthcare company, and we're seeking a highly skilled Therapy Specialist Manager to join our UKI Cluster team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving our strategic objectives and ensuring the success of our therapy specialists across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of therapy specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sustainable sales growth, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with sales managers, medical, and marketing teams to align our efforts and achieve shared goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, promoting our products and services from a clinical and service perspective.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure we're meeting our objectives.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership.
  • A clinical background or similar role experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
