Transforming Healthcare with Strategic Leadership

Baxter is seeking an experienced Therapy Specialist Manager to lead the tactical and operational activities of the therapy specialist team across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic Healthcare Systems and Technologies cluster. As a key member of the UKI leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategies to achieve focused objectives and targets.

Working closely with the Business Unit Director, you will lead a team of field-based Therapy specialists to achieve sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed business and personal objectives. This role will require both strategic and operational expertise to shape and inform the value story of current and upcoming product solutions.

As a leader, you will ensure the right support in the sales process, including training, implementation, and therapy service offering. You will also be responsible for building a high-performing team, recruiting, coaching, motivating, and developing team members.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Leading a team of Therapy specialists to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with sales managers, medical, and marketing teams to develop and share strategic direction
  • Demonstrating leadership and supporting company values across the team
  • Developing reporting processes to collect metrics on team performance
