About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Specialist Manager to join our team at Baxter. As a key member of our UK, Ireland, and Nordic Healthcare Systems and Technologies team, you will be responsible for leading the tactical and operational daily activities of the therapy specialist team across the cluster, with a primary focus on the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable sales growth with existing customers and generate new business in line with agreed business and personal objectives.
  • Lead a team of field-based Therapy specialists across OR/ICU and Medsurg care settings to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, medical, and marketing teams to develop and share the strategic direction of the team.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve customer partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and promote Baxter's products and services from a clinical and service perspective.
Requirements
  • Experience in building strategic plans and operational management.
  • Clinical background or similar role experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, where teamwork and influencing stakeholders are key to success.
  • Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for improving healthcare delivery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
