About the Role

As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving sustainable sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of Therapy Specialists across OR/ICU and Medsurg care settings to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales managers, medical, and marketing teams to align on strategic direction and ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a role model and champion company values, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, promoting our products and services from a clinical and service perspective.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in building strategic plans and operational management, with a clinical background or similar role experience.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing stakeholders and driving results-driven initiatives.
