This Secretarial Administration role will see you part of a secretarial and office team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for minute taking, diary management, document management, supporting of event management and liaising with senior external and internal stakeholders.

We are working with a Not for Profit organisation in the energy industry in need of some new additions to their Business Operations Team on a permanent basis.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Secretarial Administrator are:
precise minute-taking
proof-reading and identifying mistakes in documents
take responsibility for managing meeting cycles
scheduling, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions
Collation and quality checking of meeting materials
Profile
To be successful in this role you will:
Be efficient and accurate in your minute taking
Have excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
Have strong attention to detail and ability to proofread effectively
Have proven longevity in prior positions (stayed in a role for at least 2+ years)
Be an excellent communicator, both written and verballyJob Offer
