**THE ROLE**
My client is on the hunt for a **Company Secretarial Assistant** to provide assistance to the Assistant Company Secretary and the broader Company Secretarial team in the delivery of high quality, professional company secretarial and corporate governance services, ensuring a smooth operation of the Group and client’s board and committee meetings.
- Schedule meetings, manage the calendar, and issue reminders for meeting papers to be submitted to the team.
- Book meeting rooms, order refreshments, organise attendance arrangements
- Assist with the initial preparation of template agendas and other template documents for Board & Committee meetings
- Assist with requesting and following up meeting papers and creating meeting packs.
- Filing contracts and signed minutes
- Assist with updating the library of appropriate policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Provide support and respond to queries for the team and other internal employees
- File and locate contracts or any other documents on the document retention system
- Prepare documents for filing at Companies House
- Undertake any project work
- Assist the Assistant Company Secretary in maintaining good corporate governance for the Group
**ABOUT YOU**

**THE PACKAGE**
- £30,000 salary
- The role will be working on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days in the office
