**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our in-house legal team at Sellick Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our General Counsel & Company Secretary and assisting with a range of company secretarial duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of meeting materials, including agendas and action logs, to ensure seamless execution of board and committee meetings.
- Compiling and reviewing board and committee packs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Taking efficient and accurate minutes of board and committee meetings to facilitate decision-making.
- Managing companies house and other statutory filings, as well as associated administrative tasks, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaising regularly with our leadership team across the UK and globally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will have experience supporting company secretarial duties and possess ICSA qualifications (partial or full). Experience working in the insurance or financial services sector would be advantageous, but is not necessary.
