What you will be doing?
* Be the Claims Sherlock: Investigate details behind each claim and assess the damage, all while making sure everything lines up with our policies.
* Fraud Buster: Keep an eye out for anything unusual and take charge by alerting the team when something doesn’t add up.
* Customer Champion: Really get to know our customers, understand their needs, and make sure they feel heard and supported.
* Communication Dynamo: Keep the lines of communication open and clear, both with your team and our customers, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
* Team Player & Self-Starter: Manage your caseload like a pro, balancing teamwork and independence while keeping everything organized and up to date.
* Decision-Maker with Heart: Make smart decisions about claims, whether it's approving or denying, and always deliver updates with empathy and care.
