Job Responsibilities:

* Be the first point of contact to all customers and clients

* You will provide excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers ensuring you are always friendly and professional

* Liaising with other departments when needed

* Administration tasks when needed

* Establishing the needs of the customer, fact finding and having an inquisitive nature to ensure correct information is requested and obtained.

Experience and Skills

* Positive attitude, enthusiastic with strong communication skills

* Hard working with a can-do attitude

* Persuasive with good negotiation skills

* Resilience to tackle tough situations and be able to problem solve

* Minimum C grade in GCSE’s Maths and English – or equivalent.
