Creativen- Basic design and layout for assets such as event invites, save the dates, social tiles, factsheets, business cards, PPT decks.n- Basic video-editing for social media including adding subtitles, intro/outros.
Digitaln- Support the coordination of digital asset management and distribution for campaign content across various online platforms, optimising for different channels.n- Maintain clients' websites to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest content,news stories, and blogs using CMS platforms. Serves as main content uploader to clients’ websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and SEO best practices.n- Assist with the coordination of email newsletters using CRM platforms as needed.n- Collaborate with senior team members, web developers, and designers in the planning, execution, and maintenance of web design and development projects.n- Work with creative teams to provide support in creating visually compelling content for events.
General delivery dutiesn- Collaborate with virtual, cross-functional teams to accomplish organisational, project and campaign objectives.n- Proactively contribute to campaign logistics and general administration.n- Provide input into overall delivery strategies.n- Work alongside the team to troubleshoot and resolve any production or digital delivery issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.n- Provide timely handover of delivery materials to colleagues and management when going on leave.n- Proactively monitor delivery processes and systems through reporting and feedback.n- Carry out ad hoc duties as requested by Directors and Production Manager.n- Project manage and lead on delivery-related projects as requested by Directors and Production Manager.n- Attend key events on behalf of a range of clients, performing ad hoc delivery duties as required.n- Promote equality and diversity in all aspects of your work by developing and maintaining positive working relationships, ensuring that colleagues, consultants and clients are treated fairly and with respect/dignity.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONnEssential requirementsn- Familiarity with wordpress and/or a similar CMS.n- Experience with SEO/SEM and digital marketing campaigns.n- Video-editing experience.n- Strong design/layout skills.n- Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a high change, international, and virtual work environment.n- A can-do attitude, with an ability to keep calm under pressure and to use your own initiative, good at prioritising, managing reactive work, balancing multiple requirements and adapting to new situations.n- A flexible, reliable and conscientious approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small virtual team.n- Demonstrates a ‘value add’ mindset by harnessing knowledge of the team, the client base and Comms INC offerings to deliver excellent output and client experience.n- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.n- Strong organisational skills.n- Excellent communication and writing skills.n- Flexible and creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.n- Interest and commitment to the environment.
