Office Coordinator

Role Overview:
As an Office Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Business Development team, providing essential administrative support to enhance operational efficiency within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needs, supplying valuable insights to the Business Development Managers.
2. Assist in managing the sales process from initial inquiries to client meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and data management throughout.
3. Respond to client inquiries and promote our services effectively.
4. Support the preparation and administration of sales agreements and contracts.
5. Maintain precise records of sales targets, pipelines, and revenue, updating management reports as necessary.
6. Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
7. Promote a culture of growth by providing efficient administrative support to the Business Development Managers.
8. Educate stakeholders on best practices and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
9. Follow up on client leads and maintain internal records of customer interactions.
10. Represent the company at local events and meetings to enhance our market presence.
11. Assist in the creation of sales documents, including proposals and presentations.
12. Support budget development for new business initiatives and conduct necessary cost research.
13. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the property sector or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven administrative experience, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and data analysis.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Education:
- A degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
