8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday to Friday

Compensation:
£28,000 - £30,000 +

Travel:
Head office based in Barbican - travel required

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support for all site-related administrative needs
- Welcome clients upon their arrival at the site
- Input waste notes, manage deliveries, and match invoices on the Coins system
- Assist with timesheet management
- Perform filing, printing, laminating, photocopying, and scanning of documents
- Upload all site documentation onto a specialized system
- Cover for other site coordinators as needed
- Support the site team in document preparation
- Address disconnections related to site utilities (water, electricity, gas)
- Maintain and update drawings

Candidate Profile:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in site administration or document control
- Familiarity with document control systems such as Smart Waste, Aconex, Asite, etc.
