Join Our Team as a Business Support Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated individual to become a vital part of our Business Administration Central Services Team at Office Angels. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support and executing various administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office maintenance and organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meeting spaces and virtual conferences.
- Provide document binding services to ensure professional presentation.
- Arrange transportation services as required.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of office equipment such as copiers and printers.
- Manage the procurement process for business cards.
- Support office relocations and contribute to efficient transitions.
- Handle incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assist with the packing and unpacking of materials for events or relocations.
- Manage requests for document printing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative support role or similar capacity.
- Proficient in the use of office technology and software applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons.
