Brief:

Exciting opportunity representing a major smartphone & IoT manufacturer in a mobile network's contact centre increasing brand advocacy and influencing sales through relationship building, training and interactions with the products. This role will appeal to candidates with both sales and project planning experience, a passion for technology and delivering engaging training sessions to contact centre advisors. This role is hybrid based and will require travel around the UK as well as occasionally visiting the UK office in London.

Objective:

Hit the number - Grow sales within the channel. Keeping a close eye on your measured targets to ensure we are growing together. And do it all whilst supporting us to spread the word about our fantastic brand values and technologies. You will do this through reporting and demonstrating of value added to the business.

Responsibilities:

Planning execution – Own the process From start to finish you will oversee the delivery of the end results. Project management skillset is imperative to the success of the role. Working with channel partner stakeholders to organise and seek out opportunities to get in front of sales advisors in multiple sites across the UK.

Training Perfection – Do you like being centre stage? We are looking for someone who thrives on a stage and has a real passion for innovate new ways of training. The goal is to upskill contact centre staff's knowledge on the brand and products. We want someone who can make us stand out in an incredibly competitive market which has lots of manufacturers flowing through their doors each day.

Sales – We are looking for someone who is also sales driven and likes to get stuck into the detail of data. Seeking out opportunities to boost sales across the network's footprint. And using their time wisely to drive those sales opportunities, seeing uplifting results because of their actions.

Room to grow – Ideally, we will be looking to grow the team in the near future and would love for someone who is a team leader and already has experience managing people and are looking for that next career move.

Building Relationships – your outgoing personality enables you to build relationships with Contact Centre management and advisors, helping us to achieve our objectives and open new opportunities.

Passionate about what you do – don't just know the brand, live the brand, with energy and accountability. Positively promote product USPs, imparting knowledge in every interaction. Offer competitor and market feedback.

Use your initiative – think beyond what is normal. Drive sales through implementation of innovative techniques, creating best practice and sharing this within the business.
