We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Contact Centre Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for actively contacting our existing customers to offer and sell service plans, while delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Prospect existing customers whose vehicles are due for MOT, service, or repair work.
  • Offer and sell service plans and products.
  • Understand data protection and GDPR legislation.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience within a target-driven environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
