We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build rapport and provide excellent customer service skills to understand customer requirements.
- Work towards daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Prospect existing customers whose vehicles are due for MOT, service, or repair work.
- Offer and sell service plans and products.
- Understand data protection and GDPR legislation.
- Sales experience within a target-driven environment.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
- Quick learner – excellent with computer and systems knowledge.
- Calm under pressure.
