Contact Centre Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Contact Centre Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Prospect existing customers whose vehicles are due for MOT, service, or repair work.
  • Offer and sell service plans and products.
  • Understand data protection and GDPR legislation.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience within a target-driven environment.
  • Highly self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Quick learner – excellent with computer and systems knowledge.
  • Calm under pressure.
