As the Front of House and Events Manager, you'll lead and motivate a team of Front of House and Events Assistants to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Full Time, 36.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days (including mornings, evenings and 2 Saturdays per month)

Contract Type:
Temporary to Permanent

23 (perm salary will be £34,605)

Leading and mentoring the Front of House and Events team to provide top-notch service

Managing room bookings, advising on suitable accommodation, and ensuring building access requirements are met

Overseeing event planning, liaising with event leaders, and coordinating catering arrangements

Proven experience in team management and delivering exceptional customer service
