Front of House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at The Other House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of HouseJacks (Guest Services Assistants) to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Develop and implement front of house strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and risk assessments
Requirements:
  • Previous management and leadership experience in a guest/customer-facing hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Commercially aware and entrepreneurial in outlook, with a passion for delivering personalized hospitality experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
