The company, a highly successful manufacturer of technical paints and coatings with a history of over 100 years, is currently seeking a Junior Field Sales Executive to join their team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to rapidly advance your career and work with technically advanced products supplied globally across Aerospace, Defence, and Automotive markets.

About the role:

  • Full technical product training in Birmingham, followed by external sales training
  • Plan your diary, working remotely 1 day a week to schedule meetings and generate leads
  • Travel to clients across the country, with a focus on new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
  • Develop relationships with distributors at various levels
  • Provide product training for clients

About the candidate:

  • Field sales experience preferred
  • Ideally some experience in selling to builders merchants
  • Based between the Midlands & South
  • Hold a full UK Driving License
  • Comfortable with regular national travel
