Commercial Sales Representative

About Law Business Research: Law Business Research is a leading provider of market intelligence and business information for the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing customers to identify upselling opportunities
  • Initiate and manage projects to enhance sales yield and revenue
  • Collaborate with the Client Services team to boost renewal rates
  • Create and implement client sales plans to meet sales targets
  • Support product development through client feedback and ideas
  • Lead product demonstrations and sales pitches
  • Update CRM system accurately with sales activities
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations for client contracts

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Sales leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in team hiring, training, and coaching
  • Proficient in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing and managing targeted campaigns
  • Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales and contract negotiations
