  • Personal Assistant will perform Diary Management prioritising the Director's time and ensuring that they are sufficiently briefed. Setting meeting agendas for all meetings relating to the Directors. Coordinate and deliver review cadence and minutes. Organise team meetings and offsites ensuring the aim for the events are delivered.

Skills Required:

  • Well organised with good communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ensuring a highlevel of discretion MS Office / Outlook Experience
  • Previous PA/EA experience.

Skills Preferred:

Essential:

  • Ability and enthusiasm to support the mission of the Business.

  • Driving Licence.

Experience Preferred:

  • Ability to work at all levels, in terms of daily contact with Senior Executives and management in Design and other corporate functions.
  • Flexible or growth mindset and not afraid to 'roll up sleeves' and support with Design related tasks.
  • Support (Materials Library coordination, event support etc.)
