WHAT TO EXPECT:
An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join our team, supporting the JLR
**Director Material Fulfilment**. The role is critical to the smooth running of the Material Fulfilment function, requires a great level of flexibility and comes with a high level of responsibility.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Personal Assistant you'll have sole responsibility of the Material Fulfilment Director's time, prioritising key business activity, liaising with their leadership team, management of objectives, management and preparation of paperwork and follow up of actions, delivery on time and on quality of all tasks assigned to the Director and their function.

Daily duties will inlcude, Diary management and coordination as well as meeting organisation, logistics support, boking of venues, catering and general events logistics. Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation, expense organisation and maintain the gifts and entertainment register on behalf of the team and the holiday trackers for effective team management.

On top of that the roleholder will provide support on the maintenance of documentation to enable effective delivery of team objectives, including forward reviews and briefing documents, document approvals. Attend meetings, taking minutes and circulating notes where required. Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information and order of equipment supplies.

WHAT YOU-LL NEED:
We are looking for someone who is a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. You will be a good team player, confident in your nature and eager to get involved with different projects. Ideally, you enjoy a challenge and will have the ability to take the lead, challenge where necessary, in the right way, and will contribute to the team with ideas.

Working in a fast paced environment requires someone who can change and adapt to business requirements quickly and without the need for constant direction. You-ll be able to think for yourself, prioritise workload and support the change.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience working in an organisational or administration role.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, changing organisation.
- Ability to prioritise urgent and important workstreams and tasks.
- Detail orientated with good organisational and time management skills.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills - particularly with Microsoft Office packages.
- Existing knowledge of working with finance processes, venue booking and system usage.
- Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
