**About the company**

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in **Gaydon** who are seeking an **Executive Assistant/PA **to join their team

As **an Executive Assistant** your main responsibilities are:

- Diary and Inbox management, whilst managing key prioritisatio1
- Provide direction to CCO on priorities, to include supporting paperwork, deadlines etc with recommendations.
- Creation and management of agenda’s for meetings relating to CCO
- Management of the CCO’s travel arrangements and all supporting documentation
- Creation and management of CCO’s expenses and approval of first line

**Qualifications / Skills needed**
- Minimum 5 years of executive support experience, preferably in the Luxury and/ or Creative industries
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Communications or a related field
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills and the ability to multitask
- Resilient and enthusiastic, an individual able to deliver results under pressure, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and input

Immediate start available, excellent opportunity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: Up to £25.96 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
