There are many opportunities to progress and grow within this role, the working hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Duties as a receptionist will include:
- First point of contact for both face to face and via telephone
- Coordinate and maintain the of diaries/appointments for all clinical staff
- Using the company systems to assist in the recording of data and production of monthly reports and statistics
- Ordering of stock and consumables
- Support and co-ordination of on-site health and wellbeing events
- Administrative support to the Management and Clinical Team as required
- Taking meeting notes and producing minutes
- General admin duties including the uploading of clinical notes
To be considered for the role of receptionist you will require:
- Strong Customer Service and Administration skills
- Be able to work independently
- Confident in the use of Microsoft packages
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
