The Home & Electronics cluster team manages businesses within the broader electronics, home & living categories.
The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring and growing emerging merchants as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.
The team manages hundreds of accounts across various verticals:phone & accessories, home appliances, personal care appliances, home supplies, furnishing, sports & outdoors, etc. The Home & Electronics team is set for growth with continuous commitment to merchants and customer experience.
This role is based in our London office.
Design the overall merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy for mid-long tail Home & Electronics cluster.
Design partnership models with various types of third party, including but not limited to e-commerce partners, industry associations, marketing solution providers, etc.
;- Identify the mechanisms to incentivize merchants to join TikTok Shop. Transform the acquisition strategy and partnership into actionable plans;
- Monitor, analyze and optimize various merchant and merchandise acquisition efforts.
- Profound understanding of one of the following is a must: ecommerce acquisition strategy, Home & Electronics industries, UK ecommerce landscape;
- Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented; Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of crossfunctional teams;
