This role is part of TikTok's e-commerce operations, focusing on the Home & Electronics cluster. The team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and growing emerging merchants, as well as creating long-term strategies to develop existing businesses on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design the overall merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategy for mid-long tail Home & Electronics cluster.
  • Develop partnership models with various types of third-party providers, including e-commerce partners, industry associations, and marketing solution providers.
  • Identify mechanisms to incentivize merchants to join TikTok Shop and work with cross-functional teams to streamline the GTM process.
  • Transform acquisition strategies and partnerships into actionable plans.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize various merchant and merchandise acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Significant market expertise in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy.
  • Profound understanding of e-commerce acquisition strategy, Home & Electronics industries, or UK e-commerce landscape.
  • Analytical, data-driven, structured thinking, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to articulate thesis and strategies independently.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative, with the ability to drive successful projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to cope well under pressure and thrive in ambiguous environments.
