Senior M&A Director

STOIX, a global B Corp™, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic and growing business.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy, translating it into actionable plans and milestones.
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing M&A team to deliver on acquisition goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying potential niches, sub-segments, and segments for the sector.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust network of brokers, investment bankers, and other deal sources.
  • Lead financial analysis and transaction structuring, including due diligence and negotiation.
  • Drive the acquisition process from initiation to completion, including post-acquisition integration.
  • Contribute to the overall M&A strategy and best practices across the organization.

Key requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent desirable.
  • Significant experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A, or corporate development.
  • Proven track record in leading successful M&A transactions.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the industrial goods sector.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
