Operation Smile UK is seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Individual Giving team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new donors and grow our income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive recruitment of regular givers and cash givers through multiple channels, including door-to-door, digital fundraising, and direct mail.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agency partners to execute acquisition campaigns.
  • Lead the door-to-door program and develop strategies to expand this form of acquisition fundraising.
  • Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our digital acquisition fundraising program and develop strategic recommendations for future growth.
  • Manage campaign execution, including briefing agencies, sourcing content, managing data, and developing campaign analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on budgets and assist in building future expenditure and income targets.
  • Work closely with the Communications & Digital team and Individual Giving team to ensure campaigns are integrated and aligned with brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in fundraising and acquisition management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
