About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, EMEA to lead our talent acquisition team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our global talent acquisition leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring talent across EMEA.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that enable business growth and support the company's talent acquisition goals.
  3. Partner closely with senior business leaders, People & Culture (HR) team, and global talent acquisition leaders to ensure talent acquisition strategies and results are aligned with annual workforce plans, budgets, and hiring priorities.
  4. Embed IDEA (DEI) throughout talent acquisition strategies and programs to attract diverse talent and enable equitable hiring outcomes.
  5. Measure, track, and report on talent acquisition's quantitative and qualitative results, as well as talent market insights.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in a people leadership role, leading talent acquisition team(s) at a global organization.
  3. Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategy development, practices, and tools, with strong familiarity with European and retail talent markets.
  4. Demonstrated experience leading national employer brand strategy development and execution in one or more European countries where lululemon operates.
  5. Retail background strongly preferred; experience working in a high-growth environment and consumer sector is also an advantage.
  6. Demonstrated experience operating successfully in a matrixed work environment.
  7. Significant experience partnering with business leaders, including at the executive level, on talent acquisition strategies.
