BettingJobs is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Head of Acquisition. This position is a key hire for our client, a multi-brand iGaming operator, as they look to expand their global reach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue. This will involve leading a team of acquisition specialists and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Global Acquisition Strategy: Design and execute a global acquisition strategy that drives growth and revenue, with a focus on digital channels.
  • Lead Acquisition Team: Manage and mentor a team of acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and business intelligence teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of acquisition efforts.
  • Optimize KPIs: Utilize data analytics to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of acquisition campaigns, and make data-driven decisions to optimize KPIs.
  • Manage Budgets: Oversee budgets and adjust accordingly to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of acquisition strategies.

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior digital marketing role in the online crypto gaming/casino industry.
  • Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing top acquisition funnels.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and community management in crypto iGaming.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
