About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Acquisition Head to lead our paid media acquisition campaigns and drive revenue growth for Hurtigruten. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement paid media acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and video.
  • Collaborate with campaign planners, agencies, and local markets to optimize performance and enhance customer journey.
  • Manage a significant media budget to meet Hurtigruten's ambitious acquisition goals.
  • Stay at the forefront of performance marketing by leveraging expertise in platforms like Google Ads, SA/DV360, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Deliver bi-weekly and monthly performance forecasts to leadership with precision.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital paid media and omnichannel marketing.
  • Strong background in A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to integrate organic brand channels effectively into the media mix.
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, SA/DV360, and Microsoft Ads.
