We're looking for a skilled Acquisition Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to acquire and grow emerging merchants on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchant acquisition and merchandise growth strategies for the Home & Electronics cluster.
  • Design partnership models with third-party partners, including ecommerce platforms, industry associations, and marketing solution providers.
  • Identify incentives to encourage merchants to join TikTok Shop.
  • Transform acquisition strategies into actionable plans and monitor their effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Profound understanding of ecommerce acquisition strategy, Home & Electronics industries, or UK ecommerce landscape.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to drive successful projects across cross-functional teams.
  • 4+ years of experience in ecommerce operations or ecommerce strategy, with a background in content-based ecommerce a plus.
